Around 85% of the Swiss population adheres to Christianity, according to the most recent survey. Those adherents are split almost evenly between Protestantism and Catholicism. But that number is very deceiving. The younger generation of Swiss are exploring the occult and eastern religions, and many who were baptized as children no longer retain any church affiliation. The number of enrolled Protestant and Catholic membership has halved in the last 30 years.
Pray for a new reformation in this land where Calvin and Zwingli preached. Pray for revival; pray for leadership; pray for unity.
Pray that the power of the gospel would grip the hearts of the Swiss.
