Sunday, February 17, we will have an all class lunch in our ABF classroom. We will be enjoying everyone’s favorite Italian dishes. Already, we have had a great response. For those of you who are new to our class, this is a great chance to make and invest in new friendships.

If you have not had an opportunity to sign up, don’t worry. The sign up sheet will be passed around again this Sunday. We could use another salad and main dish. We could also use more desserts and drinks. If you would like to bring any of these things please, sign up or email me at wadeandRebecca[at]gmail[dot]com. When you think of Christmas what food comes to mind? Does your family have a special dish that you look enjoy each year? If so get your recipe(S) together along with a brief description of what makes your recipe special and email it to Rebecca at wadeandrebecca[at]gmail[dot]com, or bring 25 copies of your recipe to class. Recipes will be collected and compiled into a cookbook.

Then on Saturday the 15th we will enjoy our annual Christmas party at the Wellum’s at 7:00pm. Each couple is asked to bring at least one of their families traditional dishes (watch for a sign up sheet in class). We will then get to take home each others recipes, hear the stories behind the traditions and taste some wonderful holiday dishes.

Each couple is also asked to bring one $5 gift for participation in our holiday tradition - Dirty Santa. This gift can be what ever you want. If you would like to bring a gag gift that is fine but not required.

Come prepared to learn about our classes “traditional” family Christmas!

This Sunday, Oct 14, we will be enjoying dinner on the grounds. Immediately following Adult Bible Fellowship we will be heading outside to enjoy Bar B-Q with all the fixin’s. If you would still like to bring anything please sign up in class or contact Rebecca Mathis (wadeandrebecca@gmail.com).

Come join our class on Saturday August 25 at 7:00pm at the Bishop’s home for our fall kick-off. If you are a veteran member, this will be a time to reconnect after a quick summer. If you are recent visitor and are considering membership in our class, this will be a time to experience the fellowship we enjoy.

We will be enjoying finger foods, games and fellowship as we regroup after the summer, get to know new members and prepare for the fall season. Bring your group games, your lawn chair, your monkey bar golf attitude and get ready to have a good time.
